

BrixFest February Pub Quiz Fundraiser
The BrixFest committee cordially invite you to our first fundraiser of 2018 - a pub quiz! Grab some friends, brush up on your general knowledge, and come along on Monday 5th February. Raise a pint, and raise some cash for BrixFest 2018. BrixFest receives Council Grant
At their annual grant-giving ceremony Brixham Town Council awarded BrixFest 2017 £2420 to increase the Heritage side of our events listings across the BrixFest weekend. In previous years, the Bank Holiday Monday of BrixFest has been a day split in two. Half of the day embraces Kid's Day on Breakwater Beach, while the other half hosts an anniversary-themed day of activity underneath The Old Fish Market (previous themes include 1940s, Queen's Jubilee etc). BrixFest Fundraiser a 'Grand' Affair
BrixFest’s sell-out fundraiser on Sunday (Feb 5th) raised a more than £1,000 towards the May bank holiday festival. The fundraiser, which was also a celebration of BrixFest’s sixth anniversary, was staged at The Old Market House, Brixham for the third year running. More than 80 people, including BrixFest volunteers and local business owners, were entertained during dinner by singers Sandy Sparkle and Rhianan Moore.
