
BrixFest February Pub Quiz Fundraiser
The BrixFest committee cordially invite you to our first fundraiser of 2018 - a pub quiz! Grab some friends, brush up on your general knowledge, and come along on Monday 5th February. Raise a pint, and raise some cash for BrixFest 2018. Thanks to the generous folks at The Ernie Lister Bar, for just £10 per person, you can take part in our quiz and enjoy a slap up fish and chip supper, complete with tartar sauce and peas. BrixFest 2018 Dates Confirmed
The BrixFest Committee have reconvened after a restful summer in Brixham (yeah, right!), and planning for BrixFest 2018 has begun. BrixFest 2018 will return over the Whitsun Bank Holiday, from Saturday 25th - Wednesday 30th May. Favourite events make the cut and 2018 will see the continuation of the Grand Firework Display, Dragonboat Challenge, Kid's Day, Local Live Music and our famous Cooking Demonstrations. BrixFest receives Council Grant
At their annual grant-giving ceremony Brixham Town Council awarded BrixFest 2017 £2420 to increase the Heritage side of our events listings across the BrixFest weekend. In previous years, the Bank Holiday Monday of BrixFest has been a day split in two. Half of the day embraces Kid's Day on Breakwater Beach, while the other half hosts an anniversary-themed day of activity underneath The Old Fish Market (previous themes include 1940s, Queen's Jubilee etc).
